CLEANING – HEALTH PROTOCOLS

We would like to inform you that we have taken all the necessary protection measures to ensure for both our employees and our visitors health and safety in our facilities.

Our villas provide you with the unique privilege of avoiding overcrowding, the use of private swimming pool and the provision of breakfast at your villa or terrace. Each villa used exclusively by its occupants, the arrival of visitors who do not stay in the villas is not allowed.

These protocols include:

RECEPTION

ELECTRONIC CHECK IN and concierge without requiring the presence of the tenant in the reception area or alternatively check in in the open area.

ASSOCIATION BOOK for reasons of protection of public health.

DISTRIBUTION OF DECISIONS one meter (1) indoors (e.g. reception) from the next person.

REMOVAL of periodicals and brochures.

CONTINUOUS CLEANING of various spaces (e.g. RECEPTION).

DISPOSAL of disinfectant hands.

PROVIDING information on health providers, public and private hospitals, pharmacies etc.

CLEANING the keys.

VILLAS

REMOVAL of unnecessary decorations (e.g. pillows, throws, bedding).

REMOVAL of multi-purpose items (menus, magazines).

NO mini bar.

POSITION of disposable cover in TV and air conditioner controls.

DAILY CLEANING will be the customer’s choice, it will be performed during his absence from the place and only once a day. Very good natural ventilation of the villa at least 4 hours from the customer’s departure (check out) and arrival of the next visitor (check in), thermometry of customers and employees upon arrival at the accommodation.

OUTDOOR PROCESSING face mask, gloves, antiseptics, wipes to our guests in case of an outbreak.

STAFF

TRAINING of all our employees on Hygiene issues.

USE of disposable mask and gloves.

SPA

By appointment ONLY.

The massages will be performed inside or outside the villa or in the spa area but one customer at a time.

MILLS/ KITCHEN

Observance of HACCP.

Use only for snacks – salads.

Removal of the A la Cart Menu.

LINEN CLOSET

Strict adherence to hygiene rules by staff involved in the cleaning of dirty linen.

VENUE

OPERATION according to the current legal framework.

DISTRIBUTION distances, COMPOSITION OF antiseptics, CONSUMPTION OF overcrowding in toilets.
